  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground sausage with sage, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Divide the mixture into small patties or links based on your preference.
  4. Place sausage pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until they reach 160°F (70°C) internally.
  6. Check doneness with a meat thermometer and adjust time if needed.
  7. Remove and serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides.

Notes
