- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground sausage with sage, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into small patties or links based on your preference.
- Place sausage pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until they reach 160°F (70°C) internally.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer and adjust time if needed.
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides.
