- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the tilapia fillets in the marinade and let sit for 2–5 minutes.
- Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
