Ingredients
  

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (about 20 count)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • tongs Helpful for flipping the rolls.
  • Pastry brush or fingers For sealing the wrappers with water.

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay a wrapper with a corner facing you. Spoon in 2 tbsp of filling, fold the bottom, then the sides, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Place egg rolls in a single layer without touching.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again for crispiness.
  6. Remove from air fryer and serve hot with dipping sauce.
