- Gather your ingredients, including 1 cup of fruit juice, 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin, and sweetener if desired.
- Pour the fruit juice into a medium saucepan and warm it over low heat without boiling.
- Gradually sprinkle the gelatin over the warm juice while whisking continuously to prevent clumping.
- If using a sweetener, add it now and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mold or dish.
- Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it set for 2 to 4 hours.
- Once set, cut into desired shapes or scoop out portions to serve.
