  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper or grated ginger
  • 8 oz warm water, green tea, or coconut water (base)

Method
 

  1. Add cinnamon and cayenne (or ginger) to your glass.
  2. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
