- Gather and measure the ingredients. Mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your air fryer.
- Lightly grease your baking dish or air fryer basket.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish or air fryer basket. Pour half of the glaze over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Set aside the remaining glaze.
- If baking, place the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. If using an air fryer, cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
- For extra caramelization, switch to broil during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to avoid burning.
- Once cooked, brush with the reserved glaze for added flavor.
Serving
- Let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving to allow the glaze to solidify slightly.
