- In a large bowl, toss the apple wedges with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar until evenly coated.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even cooking. They should be tender and slightly crispy.
- While the apples are cooking, whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the caramel sauce into the whipped cream. If desired, add a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
Serving
- Once the apple wedges are done, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot with the caramel whipped cream dipping sauce.
