Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Air fry the lamb chops for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
- Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chops and enjoy!
