Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces lamb chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 each Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade all over the lamb chops and let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the marinated lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  3. Air fry the lamb chops for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chops and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover lamb chops in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For reheating, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
