Preparation
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) to get it warmed up.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Cut in Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add Milk: Gradually stir in the milk until just combined. Avoid overmixing for tender biscuits!
- Shape the Dough: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 2-3 times to bring it together. Roll out to about 1-inch thick and use a biscuit cutter to cut out rounds.
Cooking
- Air Fry the Biscuits: Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not touching. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve Warm: Once done, carefully remove the biscuits and enjoy them warm!

Notes
Top Tips: Chill the butter for maximum flakiness, don’t overmix, and feel free to add cheese or herbs for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
