Salmon

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the bowl, tossing them until they are well-coated with the spice mixture.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded for even cooking.
  3. Air fry the salmon for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and edges are blackened.
Serving
  1. Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
