Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to mush them.
Assembly
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of the filling into the center.
- Wet your finger with water and run it along the edges of the wrapper. Fold over and pinch tightly to seal, creating a triangle shape.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the wontons with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Allow the wontons to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm, perhaps with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a side of dipping sauce!

Notes
For best results, don't overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking. You can substitute blueberries for other fruits or even chocolate chips for a different flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
