Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries or frozen, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • optional vanilla extract or a pinch of nutmeg

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently toss the blueberries with a teaspoon of sugar (optional) and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish and layer the blueberries evenly. Top with the oat mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook for 12–15 minutes until the topping is golden and the berries are bubbling.
  5. Remove from air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Best enjoyed warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
