Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
For the Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Tossing
  • Your favorite wing sauce (buffalo, BBQ, etc.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, add flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Breading
  1. Dredge each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside on a plate.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the breaded chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches).
  3. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Finishing
  1. Once cooked, place the wings in a bowl and toss with your desired wing sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Enjoy immediately with your favorite dips and garnishes.
