Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen) Fresh vegetables are ideal for best flavor and texture.
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen) Fresh vegetables are ideal for best flavor and texture.
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional) Can be omitted.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional) Optional for a smoky flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen veggies, there’s no need to thaw.
  3. In a large bowl, toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
  2. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning. Cook until the veggies are crispy and tender.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy as is or drizzle with lemon juice for added freshness.

Notes
