Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Wash and chop fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen veggies, there’s no need to thaw.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning. Cook until the veggies are crispy and tender.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and enjoy as is or drizzle with lemon juice for added freshness.
