Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • grated Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Rinse, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using) until well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer to avoid overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over hot sprouts before serving.
