Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (fresh or thawed) Fresh wings yield the best texture and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade) You can adjust the heat level according to preference.
Optional Add-Ons
  • blue cheese dressing or ranch for dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
  3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).
Cooking
  1. Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Once crispy, transfer the wings to a bowl, pour the Buffalo sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly.
