Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste chocolate chips, nuts, or fruits (optional)

  • Cake pan (6-inch) Must fit inside the air fryer basket

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture until smooth.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Don't overmix!
  6. Grease a small cake pan that fits in your air fryer. Pour the batter into the pan.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for about 25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center. The cake is ready when it comes out clean!
