Ingredients

Wonton Filling
  • 12-15 pieces Wonton wrappers Found in the refrigerated section.
  • 2 medium-sized Apples, peeled and diced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well.
  • ½ cup Caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon For warm spice flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Optional, for added sweetness.
  • as needed Cooking spray For a crispy finish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar if using. Stir until the apples are well coated.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Add about a teaspoon of the apple mixture to the center.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it over to create a triangle and seal the edges tightly.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining wonton wrappers and apple filling.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Spray the wontons lightly with cooking spray, ensuring all sides are coated.
  7. Air fry the wontons in batches for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
