  • 4 large Tortillas Flour tortillas hold up well when rolled.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in ketchup and mustard to the cooked beef, stirring until evenly combined.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla, add shredded cheese, and optional toppings. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. You may need to do this in batches.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Serve warm, sliced in half if you like, and enjoy your delicious wraps!
