Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty roughly 1 inch thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare your patties.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
- Place the patties in the basket without overcrowding. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In the last 2 minutes, add the burger buns to the air fryer to lightly toast them.
- Remove the patties and buns, assemble with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Notes
Substitutions: Swap ground chicken for turkey or a plant-based alternative for a different flavor. Store leftover patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place patties in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until heated through. You can freeze the uncooked patties. Just layer them with parchment paper in a freezer-safe container for convenience.
