These Air Fryer Cookies are chewy on the inside, golden on the edges, and come together in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick dessert without heating up your whole kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
  5. Scoop tablespoon portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Arrange cookies in a single layer and air fry for 8–10 minutes.
  7. Let cookies cool for a few minutes in the fryer, then transfer to a wire rack.
