Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ears Fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Can substitute with avocado or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • Parmesan cheese Sprinkle for added flavor
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges Serve on the side

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut each ear of corn in half and then quarter each half lengthwise, creating rib-like pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn ribs in this mixture until well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Check for doneness; the corn should be tender and lightly charred. If desired, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  3. Remove the corn ribs and serve immediately. Add optional toppings if desired.
