- Cut each ear of corn in half and then quarter each half lengthwise, creating rib-like pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn ribs in this mixture until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the corn should be tender and lightly charred. If desired, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Remove the corn ribs and serve immediately. Add optional toppings if desired.
