Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package Puff pastry, thawed Found in the freezer section
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into small squares
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce Can be homemade or store-bought
  • 1 egg Egg wash (beaten with a tablespoon of water) For brushing on top
Optional Toppings
  • to taste Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) Optional
  • to taste Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the thawed puff pastry. Cut it into squares (about 3x3 inches).
  2. Place a small square of brie in the center of each pastry square. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  3. Fold the corners of the pastry over the brie and cranberry, pinching to seal tightly. Crimp the edges with a fork for a decorative touch.
  4. Place the bites on a plate and brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they’re not touching.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
  3. Once done, remove them from the basket and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
