Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry and Filling
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) Use pre-made puff pastry for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, grated cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined to prepare the cream cheese filling.
  3. Lightly flour your working surface, then roll out the puff pastry to smooth out any folds.
  4. Slice the pastry into squares, about 4x4 inches.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Beat the egg and brush the top of each pastry for a golden finish.
Cooking
  1. Place the pastries in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not touching.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
