Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes for a soft center or 17 minutes for a firmer yolk.
- Once cooked, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath (a bowl of ice water) to halt the cooking process and make peeling easier. Let them sit for about 5-10 minutes.
- Gently tap the eggs against a hard surface and peel under cold running water.
Filling
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnishing
- Sprinkle with paprika and your choice of garnish. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
