Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 large large eggs Make sure they are fresh for the best results.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise You can use Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard For added zing, feel free to use spicy mustard.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Freshly cracked pepper brings extra flavor.
  • to taste Paprika for garnish Smoked paprika can add a delicious depth.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes for a soft center or 17 minutes for a firmer yolk.
  3. Once cooked, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath (a bowl of ice water) to halt the cooking process and make peeling easier. Let them sit for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Gently tap the eggs against a hard surface and peel under cold running water.
Filling
  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnishing
  1. Sprinkle with paprika and your choice of garnish. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
