Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the same bowl and toss everything together.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket in a single, even layer. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the fajitas finish cooking, warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Remove everything from the air fryer and assemble the fajitas with your favorite toppings.
