- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, ensuring they’re well coated. Let any excess egg drip off.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray, then arrange the dipped sticks in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Cook the sticks for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite syrup or toppings.
