- Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps them get crispy!
- Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, then coat in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture. Ensure full coverage.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
