- If using fresh vegetables or cooked proteins, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and any optional protein. Stir until well combined.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the rice mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
- Once done, check for doneness and adjust the cooking time if necessary. Stir in chopped green onions.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
