Preparation
- Marinate the frog legs by placing them in a bowl covered with buttermilk and letting them marinate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, prepare the coating by combining flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Remove the frog legs from the buttermilk and allow excess to drip off. Dredge each leg in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated frog legs in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the legs are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
