Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional) Add for extra flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Use medium to large shrimp (21-30 count).
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer; do not overcrowd.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  4. Once done, shrimp should be opaque and cooked through. If needed, add another minute or two.
Serving
  1. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes
