Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or regular)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peeled and deveined shrimp with melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss well to ensure all the shrimp are evenly coated in the garlicky butter mixture.
  4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The shrimp should turn pink and opaque.
  2. Once cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness!

Tips for perfecting the dish: Large shrimp work best, add crushed red pepper for spice, avoid overcooking, and store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the fridge.
