Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the steak pieces, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to coat all the steak bites.
- In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and dried rosemary until well-coated.
Cooking
- Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the basket, shake the potatoes, and add the steak bites on top. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check the doneness of the steak; it should reach about 135°F for medium-rare. Add an extra minute or two if needed.
Serving
- Once cooked, remove everything from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
