Ingredients
  

For the steak bites
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces Can substitute with ribeye or flank steak.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional) For added flavor.
For the potatoes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary Or your favorite herb.
  • olive oil to toss potatoes Amount to coat the potatoes.
Garnish
  • as needed fresh parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the steak pieces, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to coat all the steak bites.
  3. In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and dried rosemary until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the basket, shake the potatoes, and add the steak bites on top. Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Check the doneness of the steak; it should reach about 135°F for medium-rare. Add an extra minute or two if needed.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove everything from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!

Notes
