- Remove the refrigerated pizza dough from its package and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to relax the gluten.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the dough into 8 equal sections. Roll each into a 10-inch rope and tie into a knot, tucking ends under.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Brush knots generously with the garlic butter and place in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown. Optionally brush with more butter and sprinkle fresh parsley before serving.
