  • 1 package gnocchi (about 16 oz, fresh or shelf-stable)
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • grated Parmesan cheese To taste
  • fresh parsley For garnish
  • balsamic glaze For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the gnocchi are well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
  3. Check for doneness. The gnocchi should be golden and crispy on the outside. If needed, air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, topped with your favorite garnishes if desired.
