Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • optional: paprika or cayenne, to taste

Method
 

  1. Trim and wash the green beans thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese. Dredge each green bean in the breadcrumb mix.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place green beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Once golden and crispy, remove and let cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dip.

Notes
