Preparation
- Take each slice of bread and flatten it slightly using a rolling pin.
- Place a slice of cheese (or a mix of cheeses) at one end of each flattened slice of bread.
- Roll the slice of bread tightly around the cheese, ensuring it’s well wrapped. Repeat for all slices.
- Spread softened butter evenly on the outside of each roll, and sprinkle with any optional toppings.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket in a single layer (may need to do this in batches).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Once done, remove them from the air fryer, allow them to cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

For best results, use thicker bread and experiment with different cheeses. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best crispiness.
