Ingredients
  

For the Hot Pockets
  • 1-2 sheets Puff pastry sheets, thawed Store-bought or homemade
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fillings of your choice Meats, cheeses, vegetables, or leftovers
  • 1 egg Egg wash, beaten For a golden finish
  • to taste Seasonings (salt, pepper, spices) Add according to preference
  • Optional: Dipping sauces Like marinara, ranch, or mustard

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares (roughly 4x4 inches).
  3. Place a tablespoon or two of your chosen filling in the center of each pastry square, being careful not to overfill!
  4. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle or rectangle and press the edges together using a fork to seal them tightly.
  5. Brush the tops of each pocket with the beaten egg to promote a golden brown color while cooking.
Cooking
  1. Place a few pockets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool for a minute, then enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

You can substitute puff pastry with crescent roll dough. Keep uncooked pockets in the fridge for up to 24 hours and freeze cooked ones for quick reheating.
