- Slice your chosen meat thinly (about 1/4 inch) against the grain for tender jerky.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and optional spices.
- Add sliced meat to marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°F (70°C), or use the lowest available setting.
- Remove meat from marinade and shake off excess. Place strips in a single layer without overlapping.
- Cook for 2–3 hours, checking every 30 minutes. Jerky should be dry but pliable.
- Let jerky cool completely. Store in an airtight container or refrigerate.
