Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice your kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil if using and sprinkle desired seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
- Arrange the kielbasa pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the kielbasa is heated through and crispy.
- If adding vegetables, toss them into the air fryer for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot!

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until warmed through. You can freeze cooked kielbasa for up to 2 months, thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
