  • 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces Choose your favorite type: beef, pork, or turkey.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Optional for added crisp.
  • to taste Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika Seasonings to taste.
  • optional Vegetables, such as bell peppers or onions, chopped For added flavor and nutrition.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Slice your kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil if using and sprinkle desired seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the kielbasa pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the kielbasa is heated through and crispy.
  3. If adding vegetables, toss them into the air fryer for the last 3-4 minutes of cooking.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot!

Notes
