  • 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells For stuffing
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Creamy base for filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melty inside and on top
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a nutty flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Brings a herbal note
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil jumbo shells according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Gently fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture. Place filled shells facing up in the air fryer basket.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, coating each one generously.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook the shells for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  2. Carefully remove the shells, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and enjoy!
