Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh or frozen; ensure they’re thawed if frozen.
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted for brushing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor depth.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential seasonings.
Serving
  • 1 pieces lemon wedges Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail ends.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell slightly, resting it on top while still attached.
Cooking
  1. Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over both tails.
  2. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell-side down. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
  3. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and baste the meat with more melted butter.
Serving
  1. Remove from the fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, if desired.

Notes
