Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail ends.
- Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell slightly, resting it on top while still attached.
Cooking
- Brush the lobster meat with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over both tails.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell-side down. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and baste the meat with more melted butter.
Serving
- Remove from the fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, if desired.
