- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add fresh herbs if desired.
- Place the London broil in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over it, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours).
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway. Adjust time to preferred doneness.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the beef against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
