- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and half of the chili powder.
- Once cooked, remove the corn from the air fryer and slather on the mayo mixture.
- Sprinkle with Cotija cheese, remaining chili powder, and cilantro for garnish.
