- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and softened butter.
- Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Cut the dough into three strips. Roll each strip into a circular shape on one end to form Mickey’s ears and roll the rest to create his head. Pinch to secure.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Mickey-shaped rolls in the fryer basket, ensuring there’s space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Finishing Touches
- While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar and vanilla extract with a splash of milk for a smooth glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and serve with a smile!
