Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until well combined. If adding chocolate chips, fold them in at this point.
- Grease a baking pan that fits your air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Decoration
- Once cool, drizzle white icing in a criss-cross pattern to create the mummy’s wrappings.
- Add candy eyes on top to finish the decoration.
