Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box Brownie mix Use your favorite brand or homemade recipe.
  • 2 large Eggs For binding the ingredients.
  • 1/4 cup Oil To keep the brownies moist.
  • 1/4 cup Water As directed by brownie mix instructions.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Optional, for a chocolatey twist.
Decoration
  • 1 container White icing For wrapping the 'mummy'.
  • 1 pack Candy eyes For creating the cute mummy faces.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until well combined. If adding chocolate chips, fold them in at this point.
  2. Grease a baking pan that fits your air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  4. Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Decoration
  1. Once cool, drizzle white icing in a criss-cross pattern to create the mummy’s wrappings.
  2. Add candy eyes on top to finish the decoration.
