Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly spray each chicken breast with olive oil. Dredge in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
