- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly spray each chicken breast with olive oil. Dredge in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
