- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the coating stick better.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mayo evenly over each chicken breast to ensure seasoning adheres.
- Press mayo-coated chicken into breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
