  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the coating stick better.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mayo evenly over each chicken breast to ensure seasoning adheres.
  4. Press mayo-coated chicken into breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
