- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to ensure the coating sticks well.
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Use a brush or spoon to apply the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Press the grated parmesan onto both sides of the coated chicken, ensuring a thick coating.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) before removing. Let it rest a couple of minutes before serving.
