Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until well coated. Let sit for about 10 minutes to release juices.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Assembly
  1. Grease your air fryer basket lightly. Place the peach mixture in the bottom of the basket.
  2. Spoon dollops of the batter over the peach filling until it's mostly covered.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Cook for 15-18 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
